Silvy
We build and manage marketing agents for RIAs.

AI lets you hire an entire marketing team at an absurdly low cost.

But like any employees, they need management. Without a marketing leader owning the operation, no one is accountable for quality — and the output comes out generic, off-brand, and indistinguishable from every other RIA's. Most firms underestimate how much management AI actually needs.

Traditional agencies were meant to fill the marketing-leader gap. But unless an agency has rebuilt its entire business around AI, it can't compete on pace, quality, or cost. Most are still selling hours.

Silvy builds you a zero-headcount marketing org.

Twelve AI agents handling production. Two senior operators handling judgment. Both founders, deep in financial services, on every account.

Foundation

Fix the leaks before filling the bucket.

Foundation is a deep diagnostic exam of your firm and digital presence: site, content, funnel, social, search visibility, and attribution. We surface what's broken, prioritize the fixes, and ship the urgent ones before any new agents go live. There's no point pouring more in if the basics are leaking.

$10,0004–6 weeks
Build

Agents built around your firm.

We design and build the agents Foundation called for, then run them. Outputs get reviewed and the system gets iterated until the quality is something you'd put your name on.

$12,000/ month · 3–6 months
Maintain

Keep the system running and improving over time.

Monthly health checks and a quarterly business review tied to the outcomes we built for. Tooling updates whenever a meaningfully better model or integration ships. After the 6-month Build minimum, you decide each quarter whether to continue, hand off, or take it in-house with our help.

$6,000/ month · ongoing

Foundation and Build are the intensive phases. We're capturing your firm's positioning and constructing the system around it. By Maintain, the system is producing at a pace a 6-person team can't match, and the cost-per-output keeps dropping.

~$100Kyear one, typical

Cheaper than a senior hire. Higher-quality output than any alternative.

We work with a small number of firms.

Established RIAs with a defined niche and a client base. The thing missing is senior marketing capacity, not strategy.

A great fit
  • Established RIAs, typically $250M+ AUM, with a defined niche and a brand primed for growth
  • Knows AI tools are powerful but isn't sure how to apply them to marketing
  • Understands SEO and content are long-term investments, not short-term tactics
  • Has experimented with buying leads, was disappointed, and wants something more durable
  • Ready for a working partnership with direct access to senior operators
Not a fit
  • Still defining their brand or market position
  • Believes an AI subscription is a substitute for marketing strategy
  • Expecting immediate results from marketing
  • Wants a hands-off vendor relationship
  • Early-stage with a lean marketing budget

You work directly with the two founders.

No account managers, no handoffs. The people who built the system run your account.

What advisors usually ask first.

If your question isn't here, bring it to the call.

How do you handle compliance?

Every workflow includes a compliance review step before anything publishes. We build your firm's compliance posture directly into the agent: disclaimers, prohibited language, citations, performance claim handling. Nothing ships without a human review against those rules.

For SEC-registered firms, we work with your CCO during Foundation to map the review chain. We are not a compliance vendor and don't replace your CCO.

Can the agents sound like our firm?

That's the whole point of Foundation. We spend 4–6 weeks profiling your voice through 25 video questions, client call transcripts, and existing content before any agent writes a word for you. That profile becomes the source of truth every agent references.

A senior editor reviews drafts before they go out. Month one is heavy on calibration. By month two, your editor approves output in minutes.

Why not just hire someone in-house?

You can. A senior marketer at an RIA runs $180–220K base plus benefits, so call it $250K+ loaded. They'll be capped by what one person can do in a day, take 3–6 months to recruit, and another 3–6 to ramp.

Silvy delivers the same capacity for ~$100K in year one. When the system is mature, hiring someone in-house to run it becomes a much easier conversation. We'll help you write the job description.

Why not just buy ChatGPT Enterprise and do this ourselves?

You can, and we'd rather you do that than hire the wrong agency. But raw access to a model isn't the same as a system. The lift is in the workflows: how the model is prompted, what it has access to, how outputs are reviewed, where compliance fits, what gets measured.

Silvy is the operating layer on top of those tools. If you want to take it in-house and cancel us, you can. We document everything.

Why is Maintain priced lower than Build?

Build is where the heavy lifting happens: designing the agents, writing the prompts, wiring the workflows, training them on your firm. By Maintain, that's done. Maintain is auditing, measuring, and rebuilding components when better tools ship.

If Maintain ever stops being worth $6K/mo, end it. The system is yours.

Do you do paid Google Ads, podcasts, video, or events?

Not in scope. We do SEO, content, email, LinkedIn organic and paid, funnel/CRO, and reporting. If your strategy needs Google Ads or video production, we'll point you to people who do that well and stay in our lane.
